Who we are

WellnessFranchiseHQ is operated by the team behind OpusBC.io and LynkPilot. For the purposes of data-protection laws, we act as the data controller for personal information collected through the Site. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Site and respond to you. We do not require you to create an account.

• Contact and identity data — your email address when you subscribe, download a resource, use a calculator email feature, or contact us; and your name and message when you submit the contact form
• Tool inputs — optional metadata you generate in calculators and tools (for example, the figures you enter), stored alongside an email capture when you choose to email yourself results
• Usage and device data — mostly aggregate, privacy-focused analytics, with an optional additional analytics tool for some pages, plus standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps
• Anti-spam data — hidden honeypot fields and rate-limiting signals used to block automated abuse of our forms

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, financial-account, or government-ID information) through the Site. Please do not include sensitive details in free-text fields like the contact message.

How we use information

Marketing communications

• Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics provider, and optionally one or more additional analytics tools, used for usage measurement
• Lead and form storage — used to record your submissions and notify our team

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with a valid legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or us. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our default analytics tool does not use cookies. If an optional additional analytics tool is enabled, it may set cookies to measure site usage; where required, we will request consent before loading it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our default analytics are privacy-friendly and do not track you across other sites. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, vendors, and tools (for example, directory listings and LynkPilot). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request access and deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in "Information we collect" above (identifiers, internet/usage activity, and information you provide). EEA and UK users

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described above under the GDPR/UK GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we transfer your data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Data retention

We retain lead and contact records while you remain subscribed or while needed to operate the site and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion sooner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers
