WellnessFranchiseHQ is owned and operated by the team behind LynkPilot (lynkpilot.com), franchise-management software for wellness brands, and is powered by OpusBC.io. We publish this disclosure so the relationship between this site, LynkPilot, and the vendors we list is never a surprise. Our goal is simple: tell you exactly where our interests lie so you can weigh our content accordingly.

How this site is funded

WellnessFranchiseHQ is funded by the company that builds LynkPilot, and — where we are enrolled in a vendor's affiliate program — by commissions on service vendors in our directory. We do not run display advertising, and no vendor or franchise brand can pay to be listed, reviewed favourably, or included in our rankings, quiz, or comparison tables.

Editorial independence

Our guides and tools are written to be genuinely useful whether or not you ever become a LynkPilot customer. We do not publish thin content designed only to rank in search engines or disguise sales pages as neutral articles.

When we mention LynkPilot

We recommend LynkPilot only where franchise operations software is the honest answer, typically in guides about royalties, P&L reporting, multi-location ops, or site selection analytics. We limit LynkPilot mentions to one per guide.

Directory listings and vendor inclusion

Vendor listings are informational. LynkPilot appears in the Franchise Operations Software category because it is our product, and we label it as our pick where it is shown. Other vendors are included based on industry relevance, not payment. Where we have not independently confirmed a vendor's details, the listing is marked as unverified. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and exclusion is not a judgment — the directory is a starting point for your own diligence, not a ranking.

What the "Featured" badge means

A directory listing can carry a Featured badge and appear at the top of its category. Featured means one specific thing: we have an affiliate relationship with that vendor and may earn a commission if you buy after clicking through. It is not our assessment that the vendor is the best option in its category, and it carries no editorial weight.

We are telling you this plainly because a badge like this is easy to read as an endorsement. It is not one. A Featured vendor is not better researched, better rated, or better suited to you than an unbadged one — it is simply one that pays us. Vendors with no affiliate program are often the right answer, and several of the strongest options in the directory have no program at all. Read the write-up, not the badge.

The badge is applied automatically from the list below. Nobody negotiates for it, and no vendor is consulted about the review that accompanies it.

Affiliate relationships and material connections

In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and material connections, we disclose every relationship that could affect how you weigh our content. We earn commissions from the vendors listed below. We do not earn anything from the franchise brands we review — brand cost reviews, the comparison table, and the franchise match quiz have no commercial relationships of any kind, and no brand can pay to appear in or influence them.

We are not currently enrolled in any vendor affiliate program, so no listing carries the Featured badge and we earn nothing from outbound directory links. We have applications pending. The moment any is approved, the vendor appears in a list on this page and its listing is badged — the badge and this list are generated from the same record, so one cannot appear without the other.

Programs we have deliberately declined: Joovv, whose terms forbid affiliating with any other red-light therapy brand and would compromise our coverage of that category; and any arrangement offered by a franchise brand, broker, or lender that would attach payment to editorial placement.

Sponsored content and advertising

We do not currently publish sponsored posts, paid reviews, or advertising. Should that change, any sponsored or paid content will be clearly marked as such so you can tell it apart from our editorial work.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification and commentary only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners, unless we state otherwise.

Calculators, cost ranges, and templates produce planning estimates, not guarantees. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or franchise investment advice. Verify every decision with qualified professionals and the brand's official disclosure documents.
