WellnessFranchiseHQ is an editorial resource for people who want to start, buy, operate, or franchise a wellness business: gyms, recovery studios, med-spas, IV therapy, stretch, massage, float, and adjacent concepts.

Who we are

The site is operated by the team behind LynkPilot, franchise-management software for wellness brands. We are not a media company that decided wellness franchising looked like good SEO. We are operators and builders who spend our days inside the unglamorous parts of this industry: calculating royalties, collecting and mapping franchisee P&Ls, running location audits, and trying to make multi-location reporting tell the truth.

This site is powered by OpusBC.io, an AI-powered business analysis and data intelligence practice that helps operators find waste, automate busywork, and make decisions from real numbers.

Why we built this

Working with wellness brands, we kept hearing the same questions, from both sides of the table. Founders asked how royalties should be structured, what an FDD really commits them to, and what breaks when they pass ten locations. Prospective franchisees asked what a concept actually costs to open, how to read Item 19, and whether the numbers in a pitch deck would survive a real lease and a real ramp.

Most of the answers online were either thin SEO filler or brochures dressed up as advice. So we wrote down what we know, the way we would explain it to an operator we respect: specific, honest about the ranges, and clear about where you need a lawyer or accountant instead of a blog. That is the whole site. If it helps, we hope you remember who wrote it when your operations grow complex enough to need real software.
